Full Service Event Planner


I offer full service planning.  This is the perfect option for couples who want a beautiful wedding but do not want the hassle of all the planning.  The typical couple spends about 14 months and 200+ hours  planning their wedding.  Hiring a full service planner can significantly reduce the time, worry and stress.

Customized options are available for all your event planning needs.  I can work with your budget and your goals, across the full spectrum of event planning.

As your planner, I will handle all the details and logistics of your day to make sure everything goes according to plan, and make sure nothing is overlooked.    

My Services include:


  • My services usually start with an initial complimentary consultation to determine the level of service you need.
  • Full/Partial service my include unlimited access via phone and email for clear and constant communication of needs, vendor recommendation/selection, contract review, budget management, checklists and spreadsheets, vendor visits, assistance with headcount, guest list, seating chart, assistance with invitations and tracking and all of the day of ceremony responsibilities.

  • 4-6 weeks prior to the event in order to discuss your vision. I will collect all pertinent information and follow up with your vendors and venue.  
  • A detailed timeline of your day will be made based on the information you provide.
  • 1-2 weeks prior to your event we will have a final meeting to go over all the details of the day.  
  • I am available to organize and supervise your rehearsal.
  • Pre-ceremony: I arrive when the venue opens day to help direct vendors, and ensure ceremony items and decor are set up.
  • Direction of wedding party and guests so ceremony and reception are timely.
  • Reception management includes guest assistance with cocktail hour/seating for dinner, grand entrance coordination, toasts and special dances, cake cutting etc.  
  •  discrete measures will be taken to ensure "issues" are handled appropriately. 
  • Manage clean up/boxing up celebration items (i.e.: goblets, floral decor, photos, etc..)    
  • Delivery of final payments and tips to appropriate vendors as directed.
  • Assist with guest and wedding party departure per venue's vacate policies.
