Generally, a venue coordinator takes care of everything venue related. They will handle lights, garbage, tables, chairs, and their venue staff. The venue coordinator works for the venue. However, a day of coordinator works for you! Our type priority is implementing a stress free day. We will facicilitate you timeline, set up and tear down your decor, help all vendors with their needs/questions, and make sure YOU have the best day ever! 

Your coordinator will be matched based on a couple of key criteria: availability, personality and planning style. Though all of our coordinators are trained and have a vast understanding, knowledge and experience in day of coordination, our client intake coordinator will take into consideration the specific needs of each couple and pairs them with one of our 4 amazing team members.

Some additional travel fees may apply based on where the wedding location is in relation to Perfect Day’s home office. The first 50 miles of travel is included with the coordination package. A lodging fee may apply if the coordinator is scheduled past 12am. If free parking is not provided, a parking fee will apply.
