-VENDOR INFORMATION AND CONTACT

  • WILL REACH OUT TO ALL VENDORS TO COORDINATE EVENT DETAILS SUCH AS: COCKTAIL HOUR, RECEPTION, SET UP, TEAR DOWN, AND TIMELINE

-REHEARSAL

  • UP TO 1 HOUR(BASED ON CONSULTANT AVAILABILITY)

-UP TO 6 HOURS OF COORDINATION

(TYPICALLY 1 HOUR PRIOR TO CEREMONY-START THROUGH DINNER-TIME)

  • SET UP BASIC DECOR CELEBRATORY ITEMS (CARDS AND GIFTS BOX, SIGNAGE, TABLE NUMBERS)

  • DISTRIBUTE PERSONAL FLORALS TO THE WEDDING PARTY AND FAMILY PRIOR TO CEREMONY.

  • MANAGE AND FACILITATE TIMELINE THROUGHOUT THE DAY

  • LINE UP AND COORDINATE PARTY MEMBERS, FAMILY AND CUE APPROPRIATE FIGURES

  • ENSURE COCKTAIL HOUR IS READY OF GUESTS AFTER CEREMONY

  • LIGHT CANDLES OR MOVE CEREMONY DECOR TO RECEPTION

  • MAINTAIN TIMELINESS OF ALL EVENTS LEADING UP TO DINNER

  • SEAT GUESTS FOR DINNER
