WILL REACH OUT TO ALL VENDORS TO COORDINATE EVENT DETAILS SUCH AS: COCKTAIL HOUR, RECEPTION, SET UP, TEAR DOWN, AND TIMELINE

MANAGE AND FACILITATE TIMELINE THROUGHOUT THE DAY
LINE UP AND COORDINATE PARTY MEMBERS, FAMILY AND CUE APPROPRIATE FIGURES
ENSURE COCKTAIL HOUR IS READY OF GUESTS AFTER CEREMONY
